City Hall’s normal hours of operation are between 8:00AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any work requests that are submitted using this form outside of operation hours will be scheduled with the appropriate city work crew on the following business day.
It should be noted that the types of work requests that are allowed to be submitted via the website are limited. It is recommended that emergencies, such as a gas leak should be submitted verbally as soon as possible by calling City Hall at (985) 385-1770.
The City of Morgan City is not liable for any accidents associated with the abuse of this system, such as attempting to report an emergency by relying solely on this form. Please report all emergencies to city hall.
