Street Repair: Federal at Bowman

At first look, the roadway on Federal Avenue at Barrow Street appeared to be in need of a quick repair. Through further investigation, city employees revealed that the road subsided underground and subsequently caused the street to cave.

Problems with international supply chains resulted in delayed equipment deliveries to the city. But, as of Wednesday, April 6, the roadway was repaired and cement poured to complete repairs.  

The crew has since moved to make repairs on the adjacent street at the intersection on Barrow at Federal Avenue.
