LeeAnn's week-long visit to Lake End Park was mainly a part of a community service project, but during her free time, she ventured to the local hot spots. She was quite fond of Downtown Morgan City calling it an "interesting, charming place". She says the city has such a heartwarming feeling; at each location she visited, everyone she met was friendly and welcoming, "going out their way to help her."

Lake End Park is "a great place to be," particularly when it came to the accommodations. The park's cleanliness and great staff was another highlight of her stay. Unfortunately, her one regret, "not having enough time to put a hook in the water."
